F.S.A. INFORMATION:
The Farm Service Agency shows 260 farmland acres with 248.1 acres of cropland. There is 129.9 acre Corn base, and a 113.4 acre Soybean base. Yield Figures are as follows:  Corn:  Direct yields of 94 and Counter-cyclical yields of 94 bushels per acre.  Soybeans:  Direct yields of 27 and Counter Cyclical yields of 27 bushels per acre. 


IMPROVEMENTS:

Grain Storage:
  12,000 bushel.
Irrigation: This farm has a quarter section Zimmatic center pivot that covers 144 acres M.O.L.   A 90 ft 18 inch cased well lifts water approximately 20 feet using a 50 hp electric motor.  Pump capacity is rated at 1000 gpm.  Calcium Sulfate PRO CAL 40 in the amount of 2-4000 LBS per acre was applied in Spring of 2004.  Benefits of this application should last no less than 6-8 yrs.
