This upland farm has great highway access and is available for full possession for the 2023 farming season. The Lease attached to the printable brochure will need to be filled out and returned by the high bidder to Barnes Realty along with a 10% deposit not later than the close of business (4 pm) on the day of the 31st of August.
*Online Bids placed are in total annual amount for the whole parcel, and do not include the improvements. Please be sure and note the lease is for both the 2023 and 2024 farming seasons, so be sure to fill out the lease correctly for the 2nd year. A lower amount on the second year will not be accepted.
